TERMS OF USE

You must read all the TOU before completing the adoption request form. There is important information in the TOU.

1. NO WEBSTIE, NO ADOPTION! Sorry but I have to know where my little ones are going. I've spent a lot money collecting them. :o)

2. CHILD FRIENDLY SITES ONLY! I will not accept websites that contain any adult content (ie. violence, pornography, adult language, racism, etc.)

3. You must have the NO RIGHT CLICK and NO IMAGE TOOLBAR scripts installed on each page that the adoption is displayed on. You can find them here. I require this before I send the adoption. If you need help installing these scripts please let me know I am always happy to help.

4. You must give credit where credit is due! You must link each adoption to this site or the PHP main site, either using the certificate of adoption or if it does not have one, a text link or link the adoption itself. Here are the URLs:

5. NO DIRECT LINKING! If you choose to direct link to any graphics on this site you are stealing bandwidth. STEALING IS A CRIME!

6. Each graphic is for personal website use only! You may not at anytime, change the shape, size, color of any graphics or claim them as your own. You may not use them to create sigtags, tubes, websets, scrapbooks, collections, CDs, etc. Each graphic took time and effort from each artist, please respect the artists' rights!

7. Do not use adoption(s) in MSN, Yahoo groups or pass them around in forums. Do not give to friends, if you would like an adoption for a friend just complete the request form with your information and your friend's information but please make sure that all required scripts are installed before making the request.

8. Please only 2 adoption requests per day. Allow 48 hours/2 days for adoption delivery.

9. Please complete the entire request form, incomplete forms are automatically deleted.

10. Last, but certainly not least, please put this phrase in the designated area on the request form: "HEFFALUMPS & WOOZLES"

By requesting an adoption from this site you are committing to the terms listed here and the terms of the artist(s) even if you have not read my TOU or the TOU of the artist(s).
